Rumastal Forte by Gufic BioSciences is a joint and muscle formula built on the ten Dashamoola roots with Rasna, Erandamool (castor root), Nirgundi, Punarnava, Shigru and Guggul, supported by classical herbo-mineral preparations. It is traditionally taken to ease aches and stiffness of the joints and muscles, to comfort strains and sprains, and to strengthen and steady the musculoskeletal frame.

Ayurvedic Significance

Aches and stiffness reflect aggravated Vata, often carrying Ama into the joints and muscles. Dashamoola grounds and calms this deep-seated Vata, Rasna and Nirgundi are foremost Vata-calming herbs, and Guggul clears and mobilises as a Yogavahi carrier, taking the formula where it is needed. Punarnava eases the puffiness that can gather around a strained joint.

Traditional Uses and Benefits

  • Joint comfort: traditionally taken to ease stiff, uncomfortable joints.
  • Muscle ease: valued for strains, sprains and aching muscles.
  • Deep Vata balance: Dashamoola grounds the aggravated dosha.
  • Ama clearing: Guggul classically clears the residue behind stiffness.
  • Musculoskeletal strength: supports a steady, resilient frame.

These reflect traditional Ayurvedic uses and are not statements of medical effect.

Key Ingredients

  • Dashamoola: the classical ten roots for deep Vata balance.
  • Rasna and Nirgundi: the prime Vata-calming herbs.
  • Erandamool and Punarnava: the warming mover and the fluid-mover.
  • Guggul (Commiphora mukul) with classical herbo-mineral supports.

Suggested Use

A common recommendation is 1 tablet two or three times daily after food, taken with warm water as the Anupana, or as directed by a qualified practitioner. Because it contains herbo-mineral preparations, it is best used under practitioner guidance.

Safety & Certifications

  • Contains herbo-mineral preparations: use under practitioner guidance and do not exceed the advised dose.
  • Quality standards: manufactured by Gufic BioSciences in GMP-certified facilities with authentically sourced herbs.
  • Contains added colours: the film coating uses permitted colours, so this is not a colour-free tablet.
  • Pregnancy and lactation: if pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a qualified practitioner before use.
  • Medical care: severe, swollen or worsening joint pain should be assessed by a doctor.
  • Storage: store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, out of reach of children.

Additional Information

Rumastal Forte is a proprietary Gufic formulation. Its herbs appear under several names, such as Dashamoola or Dashmool, Rasna or Rasana, and Guggul, Guggulu or Gulgulu; these are simply different transliterations from Sanskrit and regional Indian languages for the same classical herbs.
