Organic Tridoshic Oil turns the end of a scattered day into something slower. Ayurveda regards oiling as Snehana, and the qualities of a warm, unctuous taila are the direct opposite of the dry, light, restless ones a busy day leaves behind. Balanced for all three doshas, this 100 ml bottle is small enough to keep by the bath and easy to share with the household.
Ayurvedic Significance
Snehana, oleation, is one of the oldest ideas in Ayurveda and the plainest: Vata's qualities are Ruksha, Laghu and Chala, dry, light and mobile, and oil is Snigdha, Guru and Sthira, unctuous, heavy and steady. Applied at the close of the day, when Vata rules the early evening hours, an unhurried Abhyanga settles Prana and supports Ojas. The Ksheera and sesame base carries that steadiness, while Sunthi and the cooling herbs keep the blend workable for Pitta and Kapha types too.
Key Benefits
- An evening wind-down: oil applied in the Vata hours of early evening gives a scattered day somewhere to land.
- Grounding by quality, not by scent: the unctuous, steady sesame and milk base is the classical answer to dryness and restlessness.
- Shareable across the household: balanced for all three doshas, so nobody needs their own bottle.
- Small 100 ml size: easy to keep by the bath and easy to travel with.
- Pairs with Ashwagandha: the classical Rasayana for steady energy sits naturally alongside an evening oiling habit.
