Tridoshic Massage Oil is built for the one Ayurvedic habit that suits everybody: a daily oiling before the bath. Dinacharya, the daily regimen, puts Abhyanga near the top of the list, and a tridoshic taila means you can keep the habit without first working out your constitution. Certified organic sesame and cow's milk carry nine herbs in this 200 ml bottle, enough for several weeks of it.
Ayurvedic Significance
Dinacharya sets the shape of an Ayurvedic day, and Abhyanga sits within it as Snehana, oleation. The classical reasoning is simple: oil is the direct antidote to Vata's dry, light, mobile qualities, and applied warm it also steadies Prana and supports Ojas. A tridoshic formulation keeps that benefit available to every Prakriti. Here the sesame and Ksheera base is nourishing, Yashtimadhu and Guduchi keep it from running hot for Pitta, and Sunthi keeps it from sitting heavy for Kapha.
Key Benefits
- One oil for the whole household: balanced so that Vata, Pitta and Kapha types can share the same bottle.
- Made for a daily habit: the 200 ml size is sized to a routine rather than a one-off, at roughly seven to ten full-body sessions.
- Nourishing without heaviness: Sunthi keeps the sesame and milk base from feeling dense on the skin.
- Leaves skin soft and supple: it absorbs cleanly in fifteen to twenty minutes before the bath.
- Pairs with Triphala: the same three fruits that sit in this oil are the classical internal companion to a daily Dinacharya.
