10698 Vata Balance 500ml Bala Certified Organic Gopala Ayurveda

Kshirabala Oil is the classical taila whose name records its whole method: Kshira, milk, and Bala (Sida cordifolia), the herb whose Sanskrit name means strength. This is the 500 ml bottle, sized for a household that oils daily rather than occasionally. Ayurveda does not regard massage as an indulgence but as ordinary upkeep, and a bottle this size is what a genuine daily routine actually consumes across a season.

Ayurvedic Significance

Dinacharya, the daily regimen, places Abhyanga among the acts done every morning without occasion. The oil works as Snehana, the oleation that meets the dry, light, mobile qualities of Vata with their opposites. Bala is a Balya dravya and the Kshira carries it toward the Mamsa and Majja dhatus, the muscle and marrow tissues on which steadiness rests. Sustained over weeks rather than days, this is the pattern classical texts associate with nourished Ojas.

Key Benefits

  • Sized for daily practice: 500 ml carries a genuine Dinacharya routine through a season without rationing.
  • Grounding calm: heavy and steady against the light, mobile quality of a raised Vata.
  • Muscle and marrow nourishment: the Mamsa and Majja dhatus are where the classical texts place this oil.
  • Gentle enough to repeat: milk processing keeps it mild across long, unbroken use.
  • Shared by the household: one classical taila that suits adults and elders alike.

Ingredients

Each 100 ml of Certified Organic Sesame oil (Sesamum indicum), the oil base, is processed with a milk decoction of Bala (Sida cordifolia), root, and Cow's milk (Kshira).

100% Certified Organic Herbally Infused Oil. Carefully packaged in opaque, light-protective bottles to reduce light exposure and help preserve product quality. All certified organic Gopala Herbs are sourced from jungle farms in South India, located in the biodiverse Western Ghats where plants naturally develop higher concentrations of active constituents. Herbs are ethically harvested using traditional harvesting techniques at peak maturity, helping ensure maximum potency, nutrition and energetic integrity.

Suggested Use

Decant a little and warm it, then massage the whole body each morning with long strokes on the limbs and circles at the joints. Leave twenty minutes and bathe off. Mahanarayana Taila is the traditional companion for the joints. Consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.

Additional Information
