Trichup Oil is a well known Ayurvedic herbalized hair oil from Vasu Healthcare, prepared with a blend of classical hair herbs in a nourishing base of sesame and coconut oil. Massaged into the scalp, it is traditionally used to nourish the hair roots, support healthy growth and keep the scalp comfortable.
The lead herb is Bhringraj (Eclipta alba), classically the foremost Keshya (hair-supporting) herb, joined by Amla, Brahmi and Neem.
Ayurvedic Significance
In Ayurveda the hair (Kesha) is considered a byproduct of the bone tissue (Asthi dhatu), and the health of the scalp is linked to Bhrajaka Pitta. Herbs classified as Keshya are traditionally used to nourish the hair, while cooling herbs settle the heat that Ayurveda associates with premature greying and a troubled scalp.
Applied as an oil, it also provides Snehana (oleation), lubricating and soothing the scalp and lending the hair softness and shine.
Traditional Uses and Benefits
