Organic Pitta Oil is a cooling taila built on the oldest rule in Ayurveda: balance a quality with its opposite. Pitta increases heat, sharpness and intensity, so the answer is a Sheeta, cooling oil rather than a warming one. Cow's milk and Chandana infused into certified organic sesame make this 100 ml bottle an easy first step, small enough to try and to travel with.

Ayurvedic Significance

Samanya Vishesha Siddhanta, the principle of like increasing like and unlike decreasing it, sits under every Ayurvedic choice. The Gunas Pitta raises are Ushna, Tikshna and Drava, hot, sharp and flowing, so a Sheeta and Manda taila is what settles them. Timing matters as much as substance: Pitta rules the middle of the day and the middle of life, so the classical advice is to oil in the cool early morning or evening. Chandana, Usira and Yastimadhu in Ksheera-processed sesame carry exactly those cooling Gunas.

Key Benefits

  • The opposite-quality principle in a bottle: a cooling, steadying oil chosen against the heat and sharpness Pitta raises.
  • Right for the cooler hours: suits an early morning or evening application, where classical practice places Pitta care.
  • Small 100 ml size: easy to try before committing, and it travels well in a wash bag.
  • Leaves skin soft, not greasy: the certified organic sesame base absorbs cleanly with half an hour on the skin.
  • Pairs with Padabhyanga: a few minutes of foot oiling before bed carries the same cooling routine into the night.
