Chyavanprash is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal jam made in a base of amalaki fruit, a rich source of antioxidants. Chyavanprash stimulates metabolism and enkindles the digestive fire. It is useful for debility, fatigue and bolstering the body against the effects of a stressful lifestyle. Having a special affinity for the lungs, Chyavanprash is useful for conditions such as colds, flus, asthma, allergies, chest congestion, and coughs. The energizing herbs support the proper function of the immune system and help maintain health and well-being throughout the year.
