    Nagarjuna Vidaaryadi Lehyam

    Vidaryadi leham is an Ayurvedic medicine, manufactured by Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala. Itis a nutrition rich herbal jam, like Chyawanprash.

    Uses of Vidaryadi Leham:

    • Muscle wasting, bodyache, myalgia, bloating, gas trouble, Asthma.
    • Malnutrition, general weakness, fatigue.
    • Effect on Tridosha – It mainly balances Pitta and Vata Dosha.
    • Improves body weight and strength.
    • Useful in low digestion strength, cardiac complaints, piles and bronchial complaints.
    • Useful in post gym workout muscle recovery.
    • Useful to improve sexual health.

    • Panchangula – 0.211 g

    Dosage of Vidaryadi Lehyam:

    • Adult dose – 10 – 15 grams once or twice a day, after food, with a cup of milk or water.
    • Dosage for children below 5 years of age – 1 – 2 grams, once or twice a day, along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water / milk.
    • Dosage for children between 5 – 12 years of age – 5 grams once or twice a day along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water / milk.
