Sri Sri Tattva Amruth Tablets deliver pure Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) in a convenient tablet. The name Amruth comes from Amrita, meaning "divine nectar" or "the imperishable", the same celebrated name Ayurveda gives to Guduchi, reflecting its standing as one of the great Rasayanas (rejuvenatives) of the tradition.

Ayurvedic Significance

In Ayurveda, lasting resilience depends on Ojas, the subtle essence of immunity, and on balanced Pitta and a clear Rakta (blood) dhatu. Guduchi is a rare tridoshic Rasayana, bitter and astringent with a warming, Ama-clearing action. It is classically valued as a Jwaraghna (fever-settling), Deepana and Raktashodhaka (blood-clarifying) herb that kindles Agni, clears Ama and supports the body's natural defences, while its Rasayana quality is traditionally linked to vitality and healthy ageing.

Traditional Uses and Benefits

  • Immunity support: Traditionally used to support the body's natural resilience and Ojas.
  • Rasayana quality: A classical rejuvenative valued for vitality and healthy ageing.
  • Pitta and blood balance: Bitter and cooling in effect, it supports clear, balanced Rakta.
  • Ama clearing: Deepana and Pachana in action, it supports Agni and the clearing of Ama.

These reflect traditional Ayurvedic uses and are not statements of medical effect.

  • Guduchi / Amrita (Tinospora cordifolia), the sole active herb
