Alarsin Bangshil is a proprietary Ayurvedic tablet formulated to support the urinary system and healthy, comfortable urine flow. The formulation is led by Suddha Shilajit, with Bang Bhasma and Suddha Guggul close behind, three substances Ayurveda has long valued for cleansing and rejuvenative depth. Around them sit more than forty supporting botanicals, among them Guduchi, Upersari, Sahianjana Mool and the three fruits of Triphala, together with Suvarna Makshik Bhasma and Kasis Bhasma prepared by classical methods. Ayurvedic Significance

The urinary channels, Mutravaha Srotas, depend on the free downward movement of Apana Vata and on passages that stay clear. Kapha accumulation and Ama within these channels dull that movement. Suggested Use
