Sri Sri Tattva Brahmi tablets bring the whole plant of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), one of Ayurveda's most revered herbs for the mind, into a convenient 500 mg tablet. Its very name echoes Brahman and Buddhi, the intellect, marking it as a foremost Medhya Rasayana. Each Sri Sri Tattva tablet is a simple daily way to nurture memory, focus and calm, clear thinking.
Ayurvedic Significance
In Ayurveda, sharp memory, clarity and a steady mind rest on healthy Majja dhatu and balanced Prana and Sadhaka activity in the head, while restlessness reflects aggravated Vata and Pitta. Brahmi is a cooling, calming and tridoshic Medhya Rasayana, part of the classical group of herbs that nourish intellect and consciousness. It is traditionally valued to support memory, concentration and learning, to nourish and protect the nerves, and to soothe an over-active mind, gently settling Pitta and Vata for lasting mental clarity.
