Fineye Drops by Nagarjuna are gentle Ayurvedic eye drops prepared with Jati (jasmine), Chandana (sandalwood), Shatapatri (rose) and a trace of camphor and alum. They are traditionally used to soothe tired, dry or irritated eyes, to ease everyday burning and itching from dust, screens and strain, and to bring a refreshing, cooling comfort to the eyes. The name simply reflects their purpose, a fine, soothing care for the eyes.

Ayurvedic Significance

Ayurveda holds the eyes to be seats of Alochaka Pitta, the fire of sight, easily disturbed by heat, dust and strain. Cooling classics such as sandalwood, rose and jasmine are the tradition's chosen soothers for tired, over-worked eyes, calming the Pitta that leaves them hot, dry and irritable.

Traditional Uses and Benefits

  • Soothing comfort: traditionally used to soothe tired, dry, irritated eyes.
  • Cooling refreshment: the classical coolants bring a fresh, calm feeling.
  • Strain relief: valued for eyes wearied by dust, screens and long work.
  • Itch and burning ease: classically calms everyday burning and itching.
  • Clear, comfortable eyes: supports a rested, comfortable feeling of sight.

These reflect traditional Ayurvedic uses and are not statements of medical effect.

Key Ingredients

  • Jati (Jasminum grandiflorum): jasmine, the soothing floral classic.
  • Chandana (Santalum album): sandalwood, the cooling aromatic.
  • Shatapatri (Rosa damascena): rose, cooling and calming.
  • Karpura and Sphatika: a trace of camphor and alum.

Suggested Use

Instil 1 to 2 drops into each eye up to a few times daily, or as directed by a qualified practitioner or eye-care professional. Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or any surface. For a persistent eye concern, seek professional advice before use.

Safety & Certifications

  • Eye care caution: for external ophthalmic use only. Do not use if the eye is injured, or if there is significant pain, discharge or sudden vision change, and seek prompt medical care in those cases.
  • Hygiene: keep the dropper sterile, do not share the bottle, and discard within one month of opening.
  • Discontinue if irritated: stop use and rinse with clean water if stinging or redness increases.
  • Contact lenses: remove lenses before use.
  • Quality standards: manufactured by Nagarjuna in GMP-certified facilities with authentically sourced herbs.
  • Storage: store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, out of reach of children.

Additional Information

Fineye is a proprietary Nagarjuna eye preparation. Its herbs appear under several names, such as Jati or Jasmine, Chandana or Sandalwood, and Shatapatri or Rose; these are simply different transliterations and common names for the same classical soothers.
