Charak Pigmento Cream and Tablets bring together an oral and a topical Ayurvedic formulation for complete, inside-and-out even-tone skin care. Both are centred on Bakuchi (Psoralea corylifolia), the classical complexion botanical, and supported by Khadira, Neem and Chakramarda. The tablets nurture the skin's natural colour balance from within, while the ointment works directly on areas needing extra attention for a clear, uniform, naturally radiant complexion.
Ayurvedic Significance
Ayurveda links skin colour to Bhrajaka Pitta within the Twak dhatu, nourished by a clean Rakta dhatu. Uneven tone reflects a disturbance of Pitta and Kapha that unsettles the skin's Varnya, its natural complexion quality. This two-part regimen mirrors the classical systemic-plus-local approach: the tablets support Raktashodhana (blood purification) and balanced Agni from within, while the ointment settles aggravated doshas at the skin surface. Bakuchi, honoured as a Varnya and Kushtaghna botanical, anchors both, guiding the skin toward its natural, even radiance.
Key Benefits
- Inside-and-Out Even Tone: Oral and topical Bakuchi work together for uniform skin colour.
- Complexion Radiance (Varnya): Classical botanicals nurture a clear, healthy-looking glow.
- Blood-Purifying Support (Raktashodhana): Khadira, Neem and bitter herbs help keep the Rakta dhatu clean.
- Targeted Local Care: The ointment addresses specific patches directly on the skin.
- Comprehensive Regimen: A coordinated systemic-and-topical approach rooted in Ayurvedic tradition.
