Charak Cytozen is a concentrated Ayurvedic formula created to support liver wellness and the body's natural detox pathways. Katuki (Picrorhiza kurroa) and Kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata), two of Ayurveda's most respected bitters, work with Punarnava and Sharpunkha to keep the liver resilient. Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki add antioxidant richness, while the classical Arogyavardhini Ras lends time-honoured support for clear, comfortable metabolism.
Ayurvedic Significance
Cytozen is a Pitta-balancing, Rakta-purifying formula in the Ayurvedic view. The liver, home to Ranjaka Pitta, colours and refines Rasa into Rakta Dhatu; when Ama and heat overwhelm it, the Srotas grow congested. The intensely bitter Katuki and Kalmegh deliver Deepana and Pachana that clear Ama and pacify Pitta. Punarnava moves stagnant fluids through the channels, and the Triphala fruits offer gentle, antioxidant Rasayana. Arogyavardhini Ras and Mandur Bhasma traditionally kindle Agni and support healthy Rakta, encouraging the liver's natural cleansing and steady tissue nourishment.
Key Benefits
- Supports Liver Wellness — Katuki and Kalmegh are classically used to keep the liver strong and resilient.
- Encourages Natural Detox — Punarnava and Sharpunkha assist the body's own cleansing channels.
- Purifies Rakta Dhatu — Bitter herbs help cool and cleanse the blood tissue in the Ayurvedic sense.
- Rich in Antioxidants — Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki offer rejuvenating Rasayana support.
- Kindles Balanced Agni — Arogyavardhini Ras traditionally supports healthy digestion and metabolism.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains: Arogyavardhini Ras 112.5 mg and Mandur Bhasma 56.25 mg, with extracts of Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa, root), Kumari (Aloe barbadensis, leaf), Kasni (Cichorium intybus, seed), Katuki (Picrorhiza kurroa, rhizome), Kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata, aerial parts) and Sharpunkha (Tephrosia purpurea, whole plant) each 337.5 mg. It also provides Amalaki (Emblica officinalis, fruit), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula, fruit) and Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica, fruit) each 112.5 mg, along with Kakamachi (Solanum nigrum, fruit) and Chitrak (Plumbago zeylanica, root) each 67.5 mg.
