Chandraprabha Vati is a classical Ayurvedic herbo-mineral tablet whose Sanskrit name means the radiance of the moon, evoking the cooling and restorative quality traditionally linked to it. This broad-spectrum formulation combines purified Guggulu and Shilajit with Triphala, Trikatu, Musta, Haridra and Daruharidra to support healthy urinary function, comfortable flow and everyday vitality. Long treasured as a wide-ranging rejuvenative vati, it unites more than thirty herbs, mineral salts and classical preparations in a single time-honoured recipe valued for maintaining balance across the lower body and overall wellness.
Ayurvedic Significance
In Ayurveda, Chandraprabha Vati is classically associated with the Mutravaha Srotas, the channels governing urinary wellness, and with the balance of Apana Vata, the downward-moving force seated in the pelvic region. Its warming deepana and pachana herbs are traditionally used to gently manage excess Kapha and Medas, while purified Guggulu and Shilajit are esteemed as Rasayana substances that nurture Bala, or strength. By supporting the healthy movement of Apana and the clarity of the urinary channels, the formulation is traditionally regarded as a broad rejuvenative that helps counter Kshaya, the natural depletion of vitality, and sustains steady everyday well-being.

Additional Information
Chandraprabha Vati is also written as Chandraprabha Bati, Chandprabha Vati and Chandra Prabha Vati across different transliterations. These spellings all refer to the same classical Ayurvedic formulation, whose name translates as the radiance of the moon. The variations arise only from how Sanskrit sounds are rendered into English and do not indicate any difference in the recipe.
