Asthiposhak Tablets take their name from the Sanskrit for “that which nourishes Asthi,” the bone tissue. This proprietary Ayurvedic formulation combines Kukkutandatvak Bhasma, a naturally sourced calcium prepared from eggshell, with Asthi Shrunkhala (Cissus quadrangularis) and strengthening herbs such as Arjuna, Ashwagandha and Guduchi. Together they form a thoughtfully balanced daily supplement crafted to support skeletal strength, healthy joints and the resilience of bones through changing life stages, including the years around and after menopause.
Ayurvedic Significance
In Ayurveda, Asthi is the fifth Dhatu, the structural tissue that gives the body its framework, stability and firmness. Asthiposhak is designed to kindle Asthidhatvagni, the metabolic fire governing bone tissue, helping the body assimilate calcium and convert it into strong, well-formed Asthi. The formulation draws on the classical concepts of Asthiposhana (bone nourishment) and Balya (strength-giving) action. Herbs such as Arjuna and Asthi Shrunkhala are traditionally associated with structural support, while Ashwagandha and Bala lend Rasayana vitality, so the blend nourishes both the bones and the tissues that sustain them.
Key Benefits
- Bone and Asthi Dhatu nourishment: Supports the structural tissue that gives the body strength, stability and firmness.

- Joint comfort and mobility: Asthi Shrunkhala and Arjuna are traditionally valued for supporting healthy, comfortable joints.
- Strength for changing life stages: A helpful companion during pregnancy, lactation and the years around and after menopause.
