Baidyanath Gandhak Rasayan
Gandhak Rasayan is an excellent blood purifier. It helps alleviate notorious skin disorders. It is specifically useful in conditions of Pitta vitiations.
On initial use Gandhak Rasayan may aggravate symptoms a bit. This is in fact a sign that the medicine is working.
Gandhak Rasayan apart from its blood purifying properties also help body flush out unwanted toxins accumulated due to pesticide infested vegetables, water and also certain harmful chemicals.
Shudh (purified) Gandhak is given 7 Bhavana (treatments) with Go-Dugdh (Fresh Cow'S milk). On drying it is given treatments with following Bhavana-Dravya (Items used for treating the formulation). Kwaath (Decoction) prepared from Chaturjaat plants, Kwaath prepared from Guduchi, Kwaath prepared from Triphala plants, Kwaath prepared from Shunthi and Kwaath prepared from Bhringraaj. Gandhak is given 8 Bhavana with each of the Bhavana-Dravya. Finally Gandhak is given 8 Bhavana with Aradrak Swaras and dried. This formulation is called Gandhak Rasayan.
