How to use Mysteribath Premium Sandal
1. Take one pack (20 gms) or half a pack ( 10 gms approx.) of Mysteribath in a small bowl or dish and make a thin paste with a little warm / cool water and let it stand for about 30 seconds. You may add 2 to 3 spoons of milk for winter / dry climate.
2. Wet your body and apply the Mysteribath paste from head to toe.
3. Then gently but firmly rub in circular motions for 3 to 4 minutes or more, with particular attention to the forhead, eyelids, temple, neck, stomach (in a clockwise motion), genitals, spinal cord, soles of the feet, joints and any sore or affected part. If it feels dry, sprinkle some water and continue rubbing. Long bath-massages relax and render supple the muscles and tissues as well as remove dullness and fatigue.
4. Wash the paste off with water only (no soap is necessary as Mysteribath deep cleanses the skin pore better than any soap can), rinse thoroughly and wipe dry. (wash your hair with a liquid solution of Mysteribath with gentle massage of the scalp for added freshness)
5. After bath breathe deeply for a minute or so. Feel deep the reinvigorating freshness of Mysteribath.
