Ayurvedic Gum Oil (Tarika Ayurveda)
Ayurvedic Gum Massage Oil is a 100% natural remedy for gum and mouth problems. Application:
Before retiring for the night, take 8 to 10 drops of Tarika Gum oil and massage it gently - preferably with the finger tips otherwise with a very soft and non-abrasive brush for about 3 minutes or so. (the bristles of the brush should be such as not to cause any damage to the gums) Massage the gums both in front and back of the teeth and all around the mouth cavity including the palate. While massaging Tarika gum oil, some saliva is likely to form – spit out as much of it as causes discomfort. Do not wash mouth or eat or drink anything after the massage – allow the oil to stay overnight - the longer Tarika gum massage oil is in contact with the gums and the insides of the mouth the better it is.
Tarika Gum massage oil if swallowed is harmless. It is advisable to rinse the mouth well with water before application of oil.
Daytime use: For use of Tarika Gum massage oil during the day, do not wash or drink / eat anything for about two hours after application. Massaging the gums twice a day with Tarika Gum oil helps in giving quicker relief from gum / mouth problems.
As a preventive: Tarika Ayurvedic Gum Oil can be used for regular gum massage as a preventive against mouth / gum problems and for oral health.
Toothaches: Take a small piece of clean / sterilized cotton wad / gauze and wet it with about 6-7 drops of Taika Gumasseur oil. Keep this pressed against the aching gums for about two hours. Repeat as often as required.

How to use Ayurvedic Gum Oil?
Preventive use:
1. Gently massaging the gum regularly on both sides for a couple minutes with just two drops on the fingertip induces salivation and keeps the mouth moist thus activating the natural defense system against bacteria. Also, shields against plaque formation and fights bacteria on contact.
2. It is advisable to avoid washing the mouth and intake of food or drinks at least for 30 minutes after the massage.
3. This simple routine is strongly recommended for keeping the gums healthy and avoiding periodontal problems.
Therapeutic use:
1. Depending upon the severity of the problem, 6 to 10 drops on the fingertip to be gently massaged on both sides of the gum, teeth, palate and the remaining oral cavity before retiring, and left overnight for best results. The idea is to keep the gum, teeth, and the affected parts in contact with the oil as long as possible.
2. Can also be used during the day but the intake of food or drinks should be avoided at least for 2 hours. The application of the oil can be repeated if required.
3. For tooth ache, wet cotton wool/small cloth piece with 5-6 drops and keep pressing against the affected tooth for about 10 minutes; repeat 2-3 times with 30 minutes gaps until relief. Tarika Gum Oil is an ideal solution in all cases intolerant to analgesic drugs or other painkillers.
4. For advanced stages of painful abscesses, along with the regular application as mentioned in (1), also apply the method described in (2), at least 3-4 times a day.
